WEBSITE TERMS

Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you read and use USA24.

Last updated: 23 October 2026 · Zed LLC

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the USA24 website and its articles, images, links, reading features and other available material. USA24 is published by Zed LLC. Questions about the website or these terms can be sent to mrfuture2026@gmail.com.

By accessing or using the website, you are expected to use it consistently with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use. These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains information handling and advertising choices. Nothing here is intended to remove a right that applicable law does not permit a publisher to exclude.

2. Purpose and scope of the publication

USA24 provides news, features, explainers and general information across a range of subjects. Material is intended for general reading and understanding. A report may describe allegations, proposals, research findings, commercial announcements or developing events; the inclusion of a statement does not mean every claim mentioned in it has been established.

An article’s date, qualifications, source links and surrounding context are part of the information it provides. A headline or social-media card is a short introduction and should not be treated as a substitute for the full article. Readers should consider the complete report before relying on or sharing an isolated statement.

3. Developing events and the use of information

Circumstances can change after publication. A figure may be revised, a public authority may issue new guidance and a proposal may be amended, withdrawn or adopted. The website does not promise continuous updates to every article or immediate coverage of every subsequent development.

For urgent weather, security, medical or other safety decisions, consult the relevant official authority and current instructions. USA24 is not an emergency-response service. Readers should not use an earlier report as a real-time warning or assume that an archive article describes the latest position.

4. No personalised professional advice

Health, science, business, financial, legal and safety-related material is general information. It does not create a professional relationship or replace advice tailored to your circumstances. Research findings may have important limitations, and an early or exploratory result is not the same as an approved treatment or a guaranteed outcome.

Seek an appropriately qualified professional when a decision requires medical, legal, financial or other specialist advice. Decisions made on the basis of general website content remain subject to your circumstances, the available evidence and any obligations that apply to you.

5. Intellectual property and third-party material

Content, design elements, branding and other material on the website may be protected by copyright, trademarks or other rights held by Zed LLC or the respective rights holders. Photographs, video, graphics, quotations and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable conditions.

Reading the website or seeing a credit does not by itself grant a licence to copy, commercially exploit or redistribute material. Permission requirements can differ between an article, a photograph, a video and a graphic. Any use must respect applicable law, the relevant rights holder’s terms and any licence that actually applies to the material.

6. Linking, quotations and reuse

You may share a link to a public article or use the available sharing controls, provided your presentation is lawful and does not falsely imply endorsement or a relationship with the publication. Keep the link and surrounding description accurate.

If you wish to quote, reproduce, adapt, translate, distribute or commercially use material, consider whether permission is required and contact the relevant rights holder where appropriate. Do not remove a credit, misattribute a quotation, alter a photograph in a misleading way or present an excerpt as though it communicates the entire report. A permission from one rights holder does not automatically cover another rights holder’s material.

7. Acceptable use of the website

Do not use the website to conduct fraud, impersonate another person, infringe rights, transmit malicious material, interfere with availability or security, or attempt unauthorised access to systems. Do not circumvent access controls or use automated activity in a way that unlawfully disrupts the service or infringes another party’s rights.

You must not manipulate advertising traffic, generate fraudulent impressions or clicks, encourage deceptive ad interactions or use the site in connection with unlawful tracking or data collection. A disagreement with an article does not justify abusive or threatening communication to the publication or any person mentioned in it.

8. Contact, feedback and corrections

You can send feedback, questions or factual concerns to the public contact email. Include the relevant article address, the specific statement involved and supporting evidence if your message concerns accuracy. Avoid including confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information.

The on-site message tool prepares a draft in your browser. Downloading a draft does not deliver it to Zed LLC. If you choose Open email draft, you must send the message through your email application. No guaranteed reply time, ticketing service or confidential tip-protection arrangement is created by using these ordinary contact features.

You remain responsible for material you send and for having the right to share it. Sending a message does not automatically make it public or grant unrestricted publication rights. If you are proposing a contribution or offering material for publication, explain the proposed use and any relevant restrictions.

9. External links, media and services

The website links to reports, official resources, video platforms, social services and other external websites. These services are operated by third parties and may change, remove material, restrict availability or collect information under their own policies.

A link is provided for context or convenience and is not a blanket endorsement of the linked organisation, its conduct or every statement on its website. Check the relevant provider’s terms and privacy information before using an external service, signing in, making a payment or sharing personal information.

10. Advertising and commercial offers

Advertising placements are identified separately from surrounding articles. An advertisement is not a promise by USA24 about a product, service, price, investment or commercial outcome. Commercial claims and transactions should be assessed with the relevant advertiser or seller.

Do not assume that a product is safe, suitable or officially recommended because an advertisement appears on a news page. The Privacy Policy and Privacy & ad choices control explain the advertising settings currently offered by this website. Other networks or providers may apply additional terms to their own services.

11. Availability and limitations

The website is provided on an as-available basis. Access, features, links and content may be changed, suspended, corrected or removed. The publication does not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, free of errors, compatible with every device or protected from every technical risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that general information is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a statutory protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. The effect of any limitation depends on the law that applies and the circumstances of the claim.

12. Changes, interpretation and contact

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website, its services or applicable requirements. The last-updated date identifies the version presented on this page. Review the current version when using a new feature or returning after a period away.

These terms do not select a court, governing jurisdiction or arbitration procedure that has not been established for the publication. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent allowed by law.
